“Dear Albert

I write to you today to express my deep appreciation for your exemplary work and dedication received by AL Patio Solutions. I sincerely appreciate your efficient, gracious customer service, the level of detail and accountability you have demonstrated with the installation of my patio roof and roller blinds. I will recommend your services to other home owners and companies.

The competence and thoroughness you showed during our project were truly exceptional. You've been right there, helping out wherever and whenever needed for these past few months.

The quality of your work, attention to detail, and resilience to meet the timeline are all testament to your hard work and dedication. Your work has not only met my expectations, but it has overwhelmingly exceeded them. We are heartened and encouraged by your commitment and the outcomes you have delivered as a result.
Thank you once again for your impeccable service.”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with this awning company, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish.

From the very beginning, the owner, Albert, was hands-on and genuinely invested in making sure I got exactly what I needed. He took the time to explain all the available options, offered practical advice, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. It's clear he takes real pride in his work and his business.

The installation team was just as impressive (Thank you Michael), punctual, professional, and extremely tidy. They worked efficiently while paying close attention to detail, and the final results speaks for itself. My carport and awning look fantastic and are built to a very high standard, both in terms of materials and craftsmanship.

What stood out most to me was the level of customer service. Albert and his team kept me informed throughout the process and made sure I was completely satisfied before the job was signed off.

It's refreshing to deal with a company that delivers both quality and integrity. I would highly recommend Albert and his team to anyone looking for a reliable, top-quality awning solution.”

“Let me begin by saying WOW! It has been many years since I have had the pleasure of dealing with a truly perfect service provider. From the first appointment through to the end result everything was exceptional. The team of four that came to replace my awning were absolutely amazing. From the moment they put their feet on the ground they worked tirelessly to finish the task on hand. The quality of the work was excellent. This is a company I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family and anybody else who may require this type of service. Bravo to the entire team from inspection, design, sales, production and installation.!!!”

“Outstanding service. Exceptional quality. Absolute professionals.

Alps Awnings is, without exaggeration, one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. From the very first interaction to the final installation, their service was seamless, professional, and genuinely impressive.

The workmanship is top-tier — precision, attention to detail, and quality that speaks for itself the moment you see the finished product. The awning doesn't just look good; it has completely elevated the space. You can tell this is a company that takes immense pride in what they do.

What truly sets Alps Awnings apart is their customer service. Clear communication, punctuality, honesty, and a team that actually shows up when they say they will (which is rare these days). Every question was answered thoroughly, every concern handled with care, and the entire process felt effortless.

If you're looking for reliability, craftsmanship, and a company that delivers beyond expectations — stop looking. Alps Awnings is the gold standard. I would recommend them a thousand times over without hesitation.
Thank you for such an incredible experience — it's not often you feel this confident recommending a company.”

“In 2013 when I moved into the complex that I'm living in now. Someone referred me to Al's Awnings to put a structure outside my bedroom window. I was very happy with the service then and in 2017 I contacted Al again and he promptly did another job of a doing an awnings outside my window. The quality and service the first time was just as good as the 2nd. In 2022 I called Al and as usual he promptly responded to my request for the cleaning of these blinds. He did an amazing job for an affordable price.
A month ago at very short notice I asked Al to come around, and give me a quote for the extension of the one structure outside my lounge window. Al went out of his way to deliver on his word this extension within a week of me accepting the quote. The quality and durability and aesthetics of the structure is phenomenal. The workers were professional, efficient and top notch. 11 years later the work that Al delivers is just as good if not better than before. I'm very stoked to have discovered Al Awnings and Al, the head-honcho has got a personality that parallels his workmanship in that, his warm, engaging and so nice to work with. I highly recommend this company to do any type of awning. Please see my wonderful photographs below.”

“A big shout out to AL patio & awnings
We are based in Fish Hoek and have had to tolerate many fierce winds. Our awning which runs from the flat to the main house has been redone due to the old one blowing off during the last major storm we had.
Albert came out did the measurements and quote and his amazing team of men installed the awnings over 2 days with such professionalism and team work. It's been a long time since we have had such good service and professionalism.
Thank you Albert and your Team.
We absolutely love our new Awning.”
