Pricing a fixed cover honestly
A fixed-cover quote is mostly structure: span, footings and drainage for your site rather than a catalogue price. These are the variables that matter when we measure.
Span & footprint
A small stoep or a whole entertainment area: total covered area and the clear spans between supports drive the structure.
Attached or freestanding
A cover fixed to the house shares its structure; a freestanding one needs its own posts and concrete footings.
Roof sheeting
Solid aluminium, translucent polycarbonate, or a mix. Each changes the light underneath and the price per square metre.
Drainage
Our fascia gutter system with concealed downpipes is specified per site; run lengths and outlet positions affect cost.
Site & access
Slope, existing paving that must be lifted or protected, and working height all change installation time.
Colour & finish
All 23 baked-on colours cost the same, so matching the house is a choice, not an extra.
